dc.description.abstract Sway back is a posture problem characterized by a more than normal curve in the spine at the waistline and lower back. This curve actually shortens the length of the back along the spine, causing clothing to fit poorly in that area. This publication explains how to alter skirts, pants and one-piece dresses to accommodate this posture problem. en_US
